Wine production

Early harvest by night to avoid the over maturity of the grape and preserve its freshness. Soft pressing, fermentation at low temperature, natural yeast. Ageing in stainless steel tank

Tasting

The color is crystal clear with gold glints. The nose is marked by scents of white flowers, slightly oiled and grapefruit. The incipit is lively and fresh, both round and mineral with a light touch of citrus at the end which add freshness. A surprising minerality and a great "caudalie"

Ideal complements

To serve with Shellfish, Saint-Jacques carpaccio or chicken with citronella.
